Property shows – Bringing the mountain to Muhammad One of the best ways to promote freshly constructed property directly to end users is property shows. Each city has its own share happening these days, providing buyers an array of choices and the real estate companies a chance to make a big pitch in a short span of time. Property shows can be anything from a three day affair to weeklong exhibitions where real estate companies, builders and real estate agents from city and various parts of the country gather. Perfect way to cater to the NRI market One of the biggest markets for builders lies among the Non Resident Indians, who are always looking for investing back in their original city/state of residence. Property shows targeting them are often scheduled in December or January, keeping in mind their presence in the country. Their property of choice ranges from apartments, penthouses, and farmhouses, depending on their spending capacity and preference....

Passive Income: Make it Real (Estate) In the 21st century, at this point, we’ve been raised a certain way. The prospect of success and it’s benefits, the rush of instant gratification through retail therapy and this idea of our version of the American dream, a house, a car, a beautiful wife, two kids and a dog. Well, it’s not that much different from the American dream when you think about it. But you catch my drift. And one of the ways of getting there, climbing the ladder to that success, in my humble opinion, is Passive Income.Whether passive income exists is an age old debate, but we all have our own individual definitions of the term. According to us the top 4 walks of Passive income are: Fixed Deposit: One of the safest and most common way to save your hard earned money Inheritance: Being an heir is what everyone who isn’t would dream of. But sometimes...

Ganpati Bappa Morya! Once again we enter that time of the year where the air is going to be filled with the fragrance of incense and flowers and the only sound will be Dhol-taasha or Aarti. Lets welcome the King once again! Without taking his name or praying to him no work can prosper and no worship will fulfil, exactly why he is called “Ganpati” (the lord of lords). Keeping a Ganpati at ones place at this time of the year is considered to be auspicious since taking care of the elephant lord for a period of 10 days brings in good luck and omits all the negative aspects in one’s home and life. According to our mythology Ganesha is the lord of wisdom, knowledge, literature, fire and arts. His head which is like one of an elephant is said to epitomise everything related to wisdom. He has small and sharp eyes, long ears...

The Neighborhood Know-How It’s a very Old Russian saying that, Don’t just buy the house, buy the neighborhood. True. We all wish to reside in a neighborhood that with which we can live in Harmony and comfort. When you want to buy a laptop or a television and you don’t do your research properly, you can always return/exchange after you realize it’s not what you wanted. You can’t do the same when you book a house. By the time one realizes it is not suitable for their family, it is way too late. There are numerous such specs that are to be considered when searching for the neighborhood of your dreams: architectural style, safety, amenities and your commute, just to name a few. One needs to consider a series of odds before renting or buying a place of their own. One of the many things which are the most important while looking out for...

Homes you Desired, got us Inspired! The word 'home' has a different meaning for each one of us. It is a place of self expression, a place of nurturance and sociability. It constitutes together a family and binds it closer with time. Until one does not get the particular home vibe from a location, it is next to impossible to actually settle in. For many on the other hand, converting a house into a home is a hobby and also a symbol of oneself! Each one of us has a different need and image of our home in our minds; some want a small cozy flat and some prefer a lavish double storied bungalow set in a lush green area. These needs and demands are mostly segregated on the basis of one’s financial allowance. In today’s lifestyle where there are sudden changes in the demographics, geography and mind set of individuals, having a place where one belongs...

Reuse Of Water!! Because we have less of resources We cannot avoid the use of water but we can surely reuse the water. The water used to wash utensils; bathe or even wash cloths can be used for flushing or in the garden area, but using this water directly would not be possible due to the waste in it. This water can be made usable with the help of some treatments. There is a process; this process helps us clean the black and grey water for reuse. The process begins with screening which is removing or solid wastes mixed with water e.g. Stones, leaves, wood, etc. after screening, pumping is done as the process is done with the help of gravity. Then the water goes through the process of aerating, where the sewage is exposed to air, which removes the dissolved gasses and odor from the water. Then the sludge is pumped to the digesters. And the water is further...

Ways to Reduce Household WasteWe all know that the city is growing and so are the problems associated with its ever increasing population. Amongst them is a major problem of dumping of waste generated in the households. The municipal corporation is trying all the various measures to reduce the dumping of waste To help the municipal corporation in this crisis we have taken up a plan, so that we can reduce the waste for dumping. Reducing Garbage Reuse and Recycle Composting The above mentioned are three ways which will help us keep our city Clean. Reducing GarbageIf we use reusable products e.g. Ban the plastics: Start carrying cloth bags instead of receiving plastic bags from every store. This will help us reduce the Waste of plastic bags. Save Water!!!! Need of the hour The need of the hour is to save, reuse and reduce wastage of water. As we all know like water can give lives, water can also take lives. Every summer we hear that so many cities have been hit by drought, so what can be done to save water? We can save water, we can do rain water harvesting, instead of letting the water go down the drain we can set up a system to collect the rain water in our societies, areas, etc. The rain water can be flown to a tank of a collection area where it can be stored in tanks or let it get percolated in the ground. Letting the ground water lever to rise so that in the season when there is a lower water supply we can use the ground water for our use. We at Abhinav group have pledged to save water, every project...

Our Journey- Abhinav Group Our first project ‘Nisarg’ started in 1996 on Prabhat Road changing the face of the area completely. A prime, developed area of Pune, nurtured ‘Nisarg’, returning us overwhelming response and appreciation. Our first project was a success. But we never sat to celebrate as the appreciation only motivated us to work harder and move to our next project. As nostalgic as we get talking about our first project every time, it just reminds us where we started, where we are and how far we still have to go. Our second project, Swagat Om was in the heart of Pune, Shivaji Nagar. Centrally located it gave an easy access to the prime places of the city. The property was appreciated yet again inspiring us yet again to start ‘Nilgiri’ at Senapati Bapat Road. The area known to have the most spectacular view at night is often compared to the Marine Drive's famed...
