- Coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets and resources.
- Ensuring safety compliance and construction quality standards.
- Managing vendors and resolving project challenges.
- Reporting project progress to senior management.
Accountant
Location: Shivajinagar, Pune
Experience: 5-10 Years
- Manage daily accounting and maintain financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and reviews.
- Monitor company expenses, payments and transactions.
